THE PRODUCT PROCESS

STEP 1

You fill out the media order brief and send us an optional mood board.

STEP 4

We receive the agreement and initial payment, then send you the shot list. When the shot list is approved, we begin to fulfill your order.

STEP 2

We email you a service agreement, along with a 25% deposit invoice.

STEP 5

An edited and watermarked gallery of the content is sent for your review, along with the media license agreement and remaining invoice.

STEP 3

We receive your product via shipment or in-person pickup.

STEP 6

After we receive the agreement and final payment, the content is released. Start posting your media, tag us in the description and leave a review!

  • Can I do a consultation before I decide to work with you?
    Absolutely! Let's talk and see if your project is within our skillset and is compatible with our equipment.
  • Do you do paid collaborations?
    Yes, I'm very open to working alongside other marketing and media professionals as a collaborator or subcontractor. Reach out and let's see if we work well together!
  • How do I get started?
    Complete the media brief and order form for the service. It’s important to put as much detail on your brief as possible. If you receive an email confirmation, that means your order was successfully submitted.
  • What's your service area?
    Since our services are digital, we serve local businesses and beyond and aren't restricted to a specific service area! Products can be shipped to us for photos and videos. However, business media services such as business promo videos, venue photos, and lifestyle and branding portraits at physical locations are limited to Roseburg, Oregon and surrounding areas up to a 40-mile radius.
  • What is your turnaround time?
    Depending on the product(s) and media quantity, projects may take a week at minimum. Receiving the signed forms, the paid deposit, approved shot list will also increase the overall duration of the project. For products, prop sourcing for specific items can also increase the duration of a project.
  • What are the payment terms?
    Media services require a 50% deposit* and a signed service agreement is required before your shoot, with the final payment made prior to receiving your deliverables. *The only exception to this, is the social media content subscription, which is a 3-month commitment and billed upfront.
  • Do you charge travel fees?
    There are no travel fees. Items are eligible for product pickups if the location is within a 40-mile radius of Roseburg, Oregon. Everything outside of this radius will need to be shipped. Most projects will take place in-studio, where lighting conditions can be controlled. We also don't charge travel fees for traveling to business locations.
  • What will the final deliverables look like? Will you give creative input?
    Based on the information provided from the media brief, a shot list will be developed and shared to collaborate with us on ideas before any production takes place. Once the shot list is approved by you, we can commence with the shoot! It's crucial that all forms are filled out accurately beforehand to ensure your creative vision is fulfilled.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Due to the nature of the work, no refunds will be issued; however, you may request a reshoot given a valid explanation.
  • Will you give a discount for unedited content?
    No, due to quality assurance, we will not release unedited content to anyone. All deliverables require editing before anything is released to the public.
